Control lines systems include the following as standard:

After extensive research and development we are proud to introduce the new Boon FRP Solo.
Moulded in a high grade epoxy, combined with a tough, light weight and resilient foam core gives unrivalled stiffness. We then vacuum bag to ensure laminate/resin ratio consistency.
Quality materials and the latest manufacturing techniques results in the perfect combination for a light tough and durable performance racing dinghy.

Each hull is fitted out to the highest standard.
The detailed & functional layout of the hull and fittings has been carried out with the expert help of Jim Hunt. As in the design of the completed hull, no expense has been spared in the detail of the systems and newly developed rig used to complete this winning package.
THE HULL
The hull and deck mouldings have been fully optimized and are individually manufactured from a high quality epoxy resin combined with selected woven cloths to minimize print through and maximize toughness. Each hull and deck is moulded and vacuum bagged with a light but resilient foam core to provide a lightweight tough and durable racing boat. Outer skin toughness has been a priority. Hulls come finished in designer grey to avoid the inevitable headache from sunlight glare.


DECK & COCKPIT
As always it’s in the detail. As you can see the deck, tank, floor and centrecase sides are all moulded in one piece. This not only gives a nice clean line but adds greatly to the hull stiffness whilst providing a clean cockpit. Grip in the working area of the floor is provided by soft, super grippy rubber Treadmaster. This eliminates any floor refinishing and is easy on your kit.
A short set of padded adjustable toestraps are provided to lock you into a comfortable hike position and a second set of unpadded for the rear, unpadded to save on weight. An extra comfy round high and wide gunwhale has been moulded into the deck for extra comfort whilst increasing the righting moment. A generous round on the inside of the deck has been provided for the back of your calves.
